Arbitration Clause:
If any dispute arises from the use of the Site or Paper Panther Studio’s Courses, Services, and/or Products, you agree to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the only remedy that can be awarded to you is a refund of any payment made to Paper Panther Studio for the applicable product or service.
